About Me
I was born in 1996. I grew up in north Italy. I attended the scientific high school and then the computer sciences courses at the University of Trento. Since I was a child, I have cultivated different passions ranging from computer science to music to mechanics. Growing up, I tried to make sense of these series of activities that I love, trying my hand at various projects that have contributed to my professional and non-professional training. Over time I have acquired a rather broad range of knowledge, which allows me today to be able to solve on my own a huge amount of problems that arise in everyday life as during the specific development of projects. I chose computer science as a job both for the fascination it has always had on me and for practical reasons. I believe it is a very powerful tool, which must be used with great caution. I have always believed that it possesses a dual nature that is divided between being a technological glue for other disciplines while on the other hand it covers the role of a unique and self-contained subject that allows the realization of structures that have become an integral part (for better or for worse) of the lives of human beings. I have always given great importance to manual work, which I have never neglected in parallel with my professional and academic training. I believe that knowing how to create and repair with your own hands is an essential activity to maintain a solid contact with reality. I have also had the good fortune to have read many books, which have made me understand how everything that is culture and history is a sort of fundamental key to reading the world around us. I have had the good fortune to grow up with a close contact with art and beauty. I am therefore able to recognize the enormous importance of everything that is not science or technology. Another of my immense passions has always been music. I love listening to it and making it, but always in an intimate way, without ever pretending that it could become something more than something that makes me feel good. I have been playing bass and electric guitar since I was 13 years old. I have had the opportunity to work as a sound engineer, and I am passionate about the instruments and techniques for production. In this site I therefore want to propose some of the projects in which I have tried my hand, as well as offer a slightly more detailed view of myself from a working point of view and my abilities, trying to convey to visitors the enthusiasm, curiosity and creative research combined with an engineering approach that distinguish me.
